Our Philosophy

We believe that each child is born with knowledge, creativity, imagination, and individuality. We believe that to educate a child is to nurture and increase their existing knowledge.

Our play-based child centered environment provides learning opportunities that are effective, relevant, and memorable. We acknowledge the fact that every child is unique, each having their own interests and pace of learning. Our environment provides opportunity for children to explore and engage in their chosen activity. We provide interactive materials that enhance skills in the areas of, math, science, writing, art, music, and early literacy.

We believe fresh air and gross motor activities are both vital for body and brain development.

We believe that the body and the brain are interconnected, and that learning is a partnership between the two.

We believe in the current research which supports the fact that movement stimulates the brain, enhances learning, and is necessary for every brain function including memory, emotion, language, and learning. Our learning environment is physical; supporting body movement to enhance brain function and increase learning abilities.

We believe children should dance, sing, and spin.

We believe they should run, jump, laugh, and explore the world around them.
